Kenny Neal
12/13-04-2010
Commenting on his recent return to recording and performing with Let Life Flow, Kenny said: “With all the tragedy and darkness I’ve been through in the past three years, I’m finally seeing the light. I’ve been waiting for a long time for a record company to say ‘Make a record that you feel good about.’ Blind Pig Records gave me that opportunity. And my new CD, Let Life Flow, is coming straight from my heart. Hope everyone enjoys it.”

His songs have featured on TV shows such as BBC TV's 'Eastenders' and ‘Casualty’, and 'The District' in the USA.
Eddie C. Campbell
19/20-02-2010
Born in Duncan, Mississippi in 1939, guitarist Eddie C. Campbell was raised in Chicago, where he played with nearly every seminal figure who defined Chicago's West Side sound -- his friend Magic Sam, Muddy Waters, Howlin' Wolf, Willie Dixon, and Little Walter, among others. Although Campbell's music is strongly reminiscent of that classic West Side blues sound, he would prefer to call it "black culture" music.
Big Daddy Wilson & Ripoff Raskolnikov
19-12-2009
Big Daddy Wilson - bluesman, singer and songwriter from Edenton, North Carolina (USA). Wilson creates lovely blues, roots and soul music in an acoustic formation. Whatever the line-up, Raskolnikov never fails to create an ambiance of poignant intensity. He is the sort of artist you like to watch as well as listen to. His stage charisma, his dry sense of humour and his highly personal approach to the blues make him one of a kind.
Harry Manx
20/21-11-2009
"Mysticssippi" blues man Harry Manx has been called an "essential link" between the music of East and West, creating musical short stories that wed the tradition of the Blues with the depth of classical Indian ragas. He has created a unique sound that is hard to forget and deliciously addictive to listen to.
Vieux Farka Toure
07-11-2009
Vieux Farka Touré’s career in music would never have happened, if his illustrious parent had his way. Ali felt that the music business was a harsh place to work. But young Vieux found a mentor in Toumani Diabate, and his own guitar skills eventually convinced the elder Farka Touré that a second generation of family musicians was inevitable. This is music from a contemporary Africa – urban, sophisticated, globally connected but deeply proud of its ancient heritage. This is the old/new Africa that Vieux represents. Fondo is the music of an Africa that rocks, and yet still hears the camel’s tread in the sand.

Ian Siegal band
31-08-2009
Born in the deep south (of England!) in 1971, Ian's earliest musical memories are of the likes of Buddy Holly, Jerry Lee Lewis, Elvis and Chuck Berry. This led him into a life-long passion for the Blues and all of its various branches, and most of all, the inimitable Muddy Waters. “I cannot remember not knowing about Muddy Waters, even as a child,” says Ian. “His music and that of Howlin' Wolf have been a huge influence on me.”
Hazmat Modine

One of New York’s most original bands, HAZMAT MODINE delivers a rustic, deliriously Dionysian blend of whorehouse Blues, Reggae, Klezmer, Country and Gypsy-tinged music. The band features the dueling harmonicas of front-man Wade Schuman and his sparring partner Randy Weinstein, funky tuba powerhouse Joseph Daley, guitarists Michael Gomez and Pete Smith, trumpeter Pam Fleming and drummer Rich Huntley.

Michael Burks
05-06-2009
Guitarist/vocalist/songwriter Michael “Iron Man” Burks stands tall as a major contemporary blues figure. With a nickname earned by his hours-long, intensely physical performances, fearsome guitar attack, tough, smoky vocals and the thousands of miles logged behind the wheel of his touring van, Burks is a modern blues hero. Nobody in today’s blues world successfully bridges searing electric guitar blues with unbridled rock and roll energy like Burks. The Chicago Sun-Times recently said Burks is “poised on the brink of major stardom.”
Ripoff Raskolnikov
15/16-05-2009
Both an accomplished blues guitar player and a prolific singer/songwriter, Austrian-based Ripoff Raskolnikov must be considered one of the most idiosyncratic figures on the European blues scene. Like thousands of his colleagues, he admires and reveres such blues greats as Blind Willie McTell, Skip James, Robert Johnson or John Lee Hooker.

Formed out of a love of performing together, the duo has been captivating audiences with their own brand of feel-good, back porch style entertainment since they joined forces in 2004. Well known for his blistering electric work, Paul strips down and bares a masterful acoustic style all his own, while Dawn, renowned for her powerful stage presence and ability to front any big band with authority, shows a more delicate side.
ERIC „GUITAR“ DAVIS (USA) & LUCO GIORDANO BAND (Italia)

One afternoon in 1968 when, walking by chance past the Marquee Club, he heard visiting Chicago bluesman Muddy Waters and his band rehearsing for their evening show. That was the moment, he now insists, when he understood which music was for him and since then he has dedicated his life to the blues and its many styles.

At first, he had to endure some harsh criticism from his friends: "Give it a rest; you'll never learn to play it." However, he didn't let them discourage him and as time passed, the feedback got better-in any event, he never lost his desire to master the blues harp.
